I liked the outdoor dining area. I didn't like the grumpy old guy at the front desk who was snippy at people when they would ask a question. I also didn't like the passive aggressive sign in the bathroom about not using white washcloths to take off your makeup with a long dissertation of all the things you shouldn't do, as if I had already committed a crime. It was very unwelcoming. I think they need a class in hospitality 101. It appears the mood around that place is please don't stay here, we're tired of people. I will not be staying there again.

Dirty and unsafe. Squeaky bed every time you moved. Strange men hanging out in the front area and also outside. Kept walking by as we got our stuff out of the car. Whole place smelled terrible . Guys with hoodies over their heads laying around in the front entrance

It was so loud as soon as it was 5 am we could hear everything going on in the room besides us and above us Check in was very unorganized and caused me to be late to a wedding ……. I was there 1 hour after check in Also people were coming in and going to their rooms as me and multiple other hotel guests waited anxiously for our rooms 1 hour past check in. Womp womp and the older woman at check in was so distasteful to everyone I’m surprised people actually went through with staying here but I’m sure we were all desperate and now late

The room was fresh and clean. It was convenient to exit doors and the elevator. The breakfast was excellent with bisquits, gravy, eggs, bacon and sausage. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Property and staff were fine.I was put off by a surprise $30 early check-in fee which was sprung upon me at check-in when I had no time to opt out. I was not told about this when I requested early check-in over the phone and explained why I needed early check-in.

Be Warned! Queen Beds are actually Full Size!
Blatant false advertisement! Their "queen" sized beds are actually full/double sized. The overnight front desk worker admitted to beds being double sized but try to pass it off as equivalent as queen sized. See the image for accurate size of the bed. When asked about it in the morning, the manager decided to raise his voice and yell at us. Clearly no sense of customer service here. Rooms were not nearly as clean and modern looking as pictured either. Basic motel level housing with piss poor quality staff.

This property was clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking. Close to downtown. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The only complaint I had for this hotel was the coffee maker was in the bathroom on the counter closest to the toilet. They need to move this. .

Interesting but clean/updated
We walked in and front reception did not acknowledge or say hello to us. While getting check in, was asked personal questions, like we planned on smoking? Never been asked that. Room has signs on which towels to use and if you ruin their towels you will get charges. Towels were crappy towels. Had a sign about that if you took a towel, pillow or anything room, you would get charged. Just odd to see all these signs. Other than that, nicely updated rooms and secure premises.

This property was so loud and the house keeping kept knocking on the door even though I had the do not disturb thing in the door! Sleep was next to impossible! Bath tub had a hole in it. There were shutter but no curtains. Several were broken so impossible to completely close and the parking lot was right there so everything a car pulled up you were blinded by lights. Do not recommend.

The room smelled like cigarettes. Definitely not the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in. The pillows are uncomfortable. The A/C does not get cold enough. All in all not a great place to stay.

Best thing was how quiet the room was. No individual AC coming on and off. A central system. Just set the temp and it was maintained even in the Austin heat quietly. The front desk staff was especially helpful when my car rear window was broken out in a freak hail storm.
