Both bedrooms are similar in size and furnished with a large double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, and direct access onto the property’s private terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, while the second bedroom can use the guest bathroom also fitted with walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils expected of a quality holiday home, perfect for those guests wishing to cook and entertain. As well as a separate laundry room, the kitchen features: a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, all cooking utensils, glassware, plates, etc, and also a small breakfast table with seating for 4. In the living room guests will find a dining area with table and seating for 6, and a large L-shaped sofa facing a smart tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). The room is bathed in natural light through 2 sets of windows that provide access onto the property’s private terrace that curves around the length of the apartment.
