Relax with the whole family! The space Beautiful and very comfortable apartment with everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Bright and spacious living-dining room with access to a terrace with a table for enjoying outdoor meals. Fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable breakfast bar. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built-in wardrobes, and the other with spacious and comfortable single beds. All very bright and spacious, with two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Finally, the community features gardens, paddle tennis courts, and swimming pools, which guests can enjoy. The space ★ Located n a beautiful area close to the center of San Pedro de Alcántara ★ Terrace ★ Communal Pool ★ Air Conditioning and Heating ★ Fitted Wardrobes ★ Fully Fitted Kitchen ★ Open Plan Living & Dining Room Guest access You will have access to the entire Apartment with a private balcony. You will also get to enjoy the communal pool. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. We offer early check-in for a fee of €30 to ensure convenience for our guests Please note that If you can’t access the property due to leaving the key inside or misplacing it and require our assistance, the cost will be €100 within the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. Outside of these hours, the cost rises to €200. FAMILY FACILITIES A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. Baby stroller: €40 per week High chair for baby feeding: €17 per week Baby crib (up to 3 years old): €25 per week MUST KNOW We will send you a guide with lots of tips - the best restaurants, events, and points of interest in the area - so you can explore the city like a local. Due to drought issues in Andalucía, the city of Marbella may be affected by water cuts and restrictions on its use. The Community pool is open from June 15th until September 15th. Only one of the swimming pools will be open. Guest access The community features gardens, paddle tennis courts, and swimming pools for guests to enjoy. Other things to note We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification. The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
