furnished, has stunning full sea views and is surrounded by lush  
gardens. It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable boxspring hotel beds and a  
capacity of 6 people. The unique Arabic style property is situated in a  
gated community within the beautiful Jardines de las Golondrinas  
complex, a quiet neighborhood next to the sea and only 35 minutes by  
car from Malaga airport.

This ample apartment (168m2) in Marbella (Elviria) is tastefully  
furnished, has stunning full sea views and is surrounded by lush  
gardens. It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable boxspring hotel beds and a  
capacity of 6 people. The unique Arabic style property is situated in a  
gated community within the beautiful Jardines de las Golondrinas  
complex, a quiet neighborhood next to the sea and only 35 minutes by  
car from Malaga airport.  
Guests may use the private swimming pool of the community (12  
apartments only) as well as the bigger communal swimming pool of the  
Jardines de Las Golondrinas complex. A bar restaurant is next to the  
communal pool (open during the season).

On walking distance to amenities (beach clubs, restaurants,  
supermarket, shops, busstation, etc.), 100 m from the sandy beach, 150  
m from Nikki Beach, 2 km from Santa Clara Golf Club, 35 km from  
Aqualand water park, 20 km from Fuengirola train station, and only 15  
minutes by car to Marbella city centre and Puerto Banus.
