All three terraces (facing South and West) offer breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the surrounding mountains and a good view of Gibraltar and North Africa. Whether you are traveling with family or with friends, the house has 3 bedrooms and 3 terraces to enjoy. At the adjacent golf course, you can play golf or go down to the beach to enjoy either the beautiful Cabopino beach or in one of the many beach bars with live entertainment to experience the Mediterranean flair - all within walking distance .... The three terraces offer plenty of possibilities for you to enjoy - you can grill on the lower terrace with a garden and enjoy culinary delights (dining table for 8 persons), relax on the middle terrace in the seating set for wine and music, or go to the upper sun terrace and relax on the Sonnenliegen (a Aussendusche is also available). Because of the location (about 100m above sea level) you have a great view at the same time private phaere - on the Sonnenterrasse you are protected from the outside, only the birds have insight. Parking is available right next to the house - also the cars have sea view. The house offers everything you need from a fully furnished house: air conditioning, heating, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, microwave, washing machine with tumble dryer, fridge / freezer combination, TV, stero, internet (WLAN) , Sun umbrellas, awnings, bed linen, towels for beach and bath. You enter the house on a slope on the ground floor, here is the kitchen, guest toilet and the living and dining room with direct access to the middle terrace. From this terrace you can reach the lower garden area via a staircase. Via the inner staircase you reach the ground floor, here are two bedrooms - one with two single beds, which can also be pushed together, the second with double bed and direct access to the terrace and garden. When you sit on the bed, you see the sea. On this floor is also the bathroom with toilet and bathtub, as well as a small storage room with room safe. In the upper floor is the largest bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with bidet and shower. From the bedroom you enter the sun terrace with sunbathing and outdoor shower. So lots of space to relax together, but also to accommodate different needs. We do not need to say too much about the surroundings ... Costa del Sol speaks for itself - here you can find everything your heart desires ... places with a great nightlife, beach bars, beach clubs, but also secluded sections that invite you to go hiking. And of course the proximity to Seville, Granada, Ronda, Gibraltar - Tarifa is 1.5h away. Den bisherigen Beruteilungen können wir uns nur anschließen. Das Objekt, die Lage und Ausstatung entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Ob es die komplett eingerichtete Küche ist, sehr schönes Wohnzimmer, freundliche Schlafzimmer, Bäder oder auch die Terrassen. Es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war von Anfang an sehr angenehm und freundlich. Vor Ort haben uns die Eigentümer sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt und können dieses Objekt mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Der Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohbung ist einfach nur zu empfehlen!!! Der Check-In, die Sauberkeit und die Lage sind einfach nur phänomenal!! Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben gebraucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants und auch der Strand sind super zu erreichen. Auf den Terrassen hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick mit den schönsten Sonnenuntergängen. Terrassenmöblierung und Sonnenliegen sind top. Sogar schöne Badetücher für den Strand waren vorhanden. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausverwaltung. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse du rdc (les moustiques nous aimaient trop). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d'arriver et d'avoir tout le nécessaire de première nécessité (huile, vinaigre, poivre, sopalin, alu, papier toilette etc...) voir plus. La maison était impeccable et la climatisation est un plus. Le coin est assez tranquille. On entend la route principale après c'est une question de sensibilité. Une voiture est impératif pour se déplacer et découvrir la côte. Petite information : les places de stationnement à proximité des plages sont rares heureusement nous avons trouvé des endroits moins fréquentés et magnifiques ;-) La piscine est facilement accessible et très sympa avec des toilettes en sous sol très bien entretenus: très appréciable. Les résidents sont discrets et c'est calme. Il y a de très bons restaurants, des supermarchés, du soleil, de la chaleur et surtout la joie et le sourire des espagnols. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables et très agréables. Ils nous avaient fait un récapitulatif avec photos des différentes choses à savoir : génial. Tout le matériel de cuisine, litterie, rangements, ménage étaient top. En résumé de très belles vacances avec des étoiles plein les yeux. ##### Caroline D.
