The location was the only good thing as it was close to the beach and had a nice pool. The unit itself was not clean when we arrived (to a standard we have come to expect with rental properties), it was not well equipped, we had to wash dishes before we felt comfortable using them, several things did not work (microwave, outdoor light) and the furniture seemed as though it had not been cleaned in some time. We expressed our concerns to the host, who was responsive and offered to send maintenance staff and cleaners to rectify the issues. We declined as we had already cleaned up to make it livable for the remainder of our stay. Overall, this property was a disappointing part of our stay in Marbella. ##### Adam A.
