The urbanization has a swimming pool (open only in summer, indicatively from June to September) and garden area. Due to its proximity to the beach and its spaciousness, this apartment in Marbella is a good offer for groups of friends and families, it can accommodate up to 6 people. This holiday accommodation has everything you need for your vacations on the Costa del Sol, including air conditioning and WiFi. Its three bedrooms are spacious, it has two bathrooms, living room and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay, while the terrace offers side sea view. It is possible to walk to the old town (about 20/30 minutes). It is possible to reach the old town on foot (about 20/30 minutes); if you don't want to walk, the link: (line-7, line L-7) of the urban buses stops almost in front of the urbanization. In the surroundings you can find parking and the area gives you the possibility of easy access to the A-7\.
