### AMAZING 6 BEDROOMS WITH PRIVATE POOL NEAR BANUS

Beautiful corner semi-detached house with a large garden and its own pool located in the Rodeíto area, very close to Puerto Banús.  
The semi-detached house is distributed over several floors, the ground floor has an access porch with a small table for breakfast. Entering the house, the kitchen is on the right and has a serving hatch to the large, recently furnished dining room. The living room has a fireplace and overlooks the beautiful garden.  
The garden has its own swimming pool that will be fenced so that families with small children are more relaxed.  
On this same floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom en suite, and next to the living room there is another toilet for the use of guests.  
On the first floor we find another two bedrooms with. double beds, one with bathroom en suite and another, with a bathroom for the other room and on the top floor. There are two spacious rooms, both with two single beds each and a recently completed bathroom that these rooms would share.  
In the immediate vicinity there is a small supermarket, a pizzeria and a beauty center.
