Marbella Apartment in San Pedro de Alcantara with private pool and kitchen
The apartment is located in the urbanization ’Guadalmina’ in Marbella, a fabulous location. It’s located on a 5th floor and it has amazing views. It has a decoration with taste and large windows that allows the entry of light and also open spaces that communicate with the terrace.

The living room has views to the sea and it has TV and big sofas to have a relaxing time. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the same spacious.

The apartment has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed 160x200cm, a bathroom en suite and a dressing room. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 x 200 cm, en suite bathroom and small desk. The third room, also with an en-suite bathroom, has a 90 x 200 cm trundle bed that becomes two.

The property has one parking space and storage, gardens and common areas perfectly maintained and a communal pool that it’s open from June to September. The beach is located 2 minutes walking due the urbanization has direct access to the sea. You can walk to several well-known beach bars in the area: El Ancla, Macao and Guayaba Beach. The area has supermarkets and shopping centers very close to the house.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.
