Wonderful for those who are into boating/fishing. It is well-equipped and has a/c which we didn't need until the last day! Only used the ceiling fans. Lovely private patio in the back with grill and a plenty of seating. Two full baths. Good location for getting around the middle Keys. The old flooring in the house looks a bit dated, but not a problem. It is really a perfect getaway house!
