Here in the heart of Marathon, you'll be close to Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters (less than a mile), Sombrero Beach (five miles), and all sorts of shops, restaurants, and services along Overseas Highway. Built in 2022, this two-story condo is a bright and easy respite at the end of each fun-filled day. Head downstairs to relax in the shade of the under-house patio, or linger on the front balcony with the sea breeze ruffling your hair. The living space is sunny and open, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a TV. The bedroom is upstairs and there's a full bathroom on each floor. Mini-split AC and complimentary WiFi are provided as well. Things to Know While this home is NOT dog-friendly to guests, the complex does allow unit owners to bring dogs into their homes.
