Large1620 square foot townhouse in prime beachfront location in Coco Plum! High ceilings give it a very open and spacious feel. The Shores is an ocean-front townhouse complex with only 16 total units! A wonderful community and most residents are owners. On Coco Plum beach, large pool and tennis/pickle ball courts. Great bike path throughout Coco Plum community to enjoy the unit's 2 bicycles. The townhome offers impact windows and doors, covered parking and storage. The floor plan offers large open space with a large screened balcony off the living room allowing you to enjoy stunning ocean views from the unit. The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms and 2 ensuite baths, plus a half bath in the living area. The master has a large open balcony. Coco Plum Beach is one of the few beaches in the Middle Keys. One mile of continuous walkable beach. Swim, snorkel, fish or kayak just steps away from your front door, or lounge in the pool if you prefer. Tennis/pickle ball court to enjoy land-based sports. The living and dining areas are on the first level and the bedrooms on the second level. Spacious balconies on both levels are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view, catching the breeze while dining in the open air or entertaining your guests over cold drinks. Reliable connectivity makes working remotely a breeze. For your convenience, we have a printer in the unit that you can connect to remotely, and print from anywhere in the townhouse. Large dining room table suitable for working. Also table for 6 on screened patio overlooking the ocean makes for a delightful working space in the cooler winter months.
