To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for all guests, please carefully review the following house rules and important information:
House Rules:
NO Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the lanai, and in the hallways. Smoking/vaping is only allowed in outdoor areas, away from other guests.
NO Pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. Due to severe allergies within my family, I cannot accommodate guests with Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) or Service Animals.
Extra Cleaning: Failure to remove all trash and food from unit, refrigerator, & bait freezer and dispose of trash in the designated dumpsters will result in an additional cleaning fee of $200\.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests, including infants, is strictly limited to 4 persons. This policy is enforced by the City of Marathon.

#### Beautifully updated condo with boat slip
We had a wonderful time staying at the "Reel Hip" condo in Marathon. The condo is updated with beautiful decor. The kitchen had every appliance and all the essentials needed for our stay. There are plenty of games, cards and a bumper pool table that the teenagers loved. We enjoyed bird watching from the dock and the kayaks added to our adventures. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo. We will definitely be back to this condo in Marathon.

We really enjoyed our stay! First impression of property was "Wow!" It wasn't over the top, but everything was clean and looked new, from furniture to decor to amenities. Well thought out. Attractive. The water equipment was really nice to have available. Pool was a nice amenity, with water temperature just right for February. Great walking area. Nice canal or inlet behind the unit. Moorage for your boat, if you have one. Fun to watch the pelicans, if you don't. Nice beach (Coco Plum) a short distance away, easy walk. Can't say enough good things about Angela! Helpful from start to finish. Super responsive communications. Great tips on places we asked about. We just couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! Highly, highly recommend.
