The property manager responded to texts right away, but we only had to reach out once. They came midweek to clean the pool and check chemical levels. We have already discussed booking this place for future family vacations! Loved it so much. Note - We weren’t prepared for the summer bugs in FL! We got eaten up the first night. It was the perfect spot for home base in the middle keys, everything was super clean when we arrived, AC was cold, plenty of fridge and freezer space and nice comfortable beds. Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with, she accommodated every request I had and got back to me within minutes if I had a question. Clean and great to have pool and Dock for boating and snorkeling! Just a bit far in canals but well worth it! Clean, comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The best part was the nice cold, salt water pool. It was wonderful to come back from a hot day fishing and snorkeling on the boat and jump in the pool. Great location close to beach and groceries. ##### Sarah M. It had plenty of space for all of us and was very comfortable and clean! After a long day on the water it was great to cool off in the pool. We had an awesome time. Walked to Sombrero beach. Beautiful sunsets from the private pool and balcony. Rode bikes and close to grocery and all the great places to eat. Great location, clean, gorgeous, and fully stocked. Every vacation rental should be cared for like this one is. There is pride in ownership here and I really appreciate that.
