The space is perfectly layed out and decorated. Everything we needed was there and clean. Location is central in Marathon and conveniently between Key Largo and Key West. Location is on a canal and perfect to have our boat just outside the door making day trips amazing. We even saw a Manatee in the canal. We brought our 24' boat and the set up is perfect. There is a cleaning station, two hoses, power is just a short 25' away. There is a chest freezer outside for bait also. The parking is great and is shaded. We also met the neighbor who was extremely nice and gave us gifts. Also, a little dove was on the back porch that was VERY friendly.
