We did not like our hotel room to start off with but was upgraded to a better room on day 2 with a balcony which we thought we had ordered from the start

This is an older property but they do a great job at upkeep. Staff was friendly, helpful, and always available. They also speak English. There was no fridge in my room which was inconvenient but the staff kept my food in their kitchen fridge and heated it up when requested. The location was perfect!

Situated in a great locale, closer access to hundreds of restaurants, bars, clubs, and shopping options. Conveniently, it’s also within walking distance to the most renowned tourist attractions. Very friendly staff.

The hotel is in a good area full of restaurants and close to bus stops and Metro. The hotel staff was very attentive and professional. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The cleaning lady left the room spotless every day. Now the bad stuff: the room was very small, the bathroom always smelled like sewage, even right after being cleaned, every time other rooms flushed The toilet you could hear the water running and being flush making loud noises. The walls are very thin and you can hear conversations.

This property misrepresented itself in photos and was not near as nice as I was expecting. Paint was chipping everywhere, the A/C didn’t work in my room, and there was a massive hole in the ceiling outside of my room. I found the location to be convenient and the bed to be comfortable, but the overall condition of the property is not good.

In spite of being on a busy road there was no traffic noise at all. I particularly liked the first floor lounge which was light and airy. The staff were helpful and courteous and contributed to an extremely pleasant stay.
