The beautiful house, which stretches over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace, satellite television and a baby cot. Furthermore, the villa boasts 2 private terraces where you can start your day with a delicious breakfast and a stunning view of the sea and the mountains, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Within in a 7-minute drive you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is located a 5-minute drive away (1.3 km). The highlight of the property is its direct access to Cann'esisa beach via a staircase (200 steps). Here you can relax on the soft, white sand and soak up the Italian sun.
