Food and dining room staff was great as well as the Assistant Food and Beverage manager Nasser.
Rooms were outdated. Bathroom shower was in poor condition and the lighting in the bathroom was terrible. Pool lounge chairs were worn out.

Internet in the room was poor. I had to go downstairs to do my work. The food was soso. I checked out a day early and want a refund for one night.

Very comfortable and welcoming vibe throughout the visit. Beds are wonderful. WiFi was always available throughout their facility and outdoors. Breakfasts are amazing! Employees act like they enjoy working at Southern Sun. Very clean!

Staff is friendly, and there is someone available that can speak English. Restaurant is excellent and is open till 8 pm, with the local COVID restrictions, this is a valuable option to eat. There are other restaurants in the area to add verity. Laundry service is fast, and the staff do great work maintaining the rooms.
The hotel is right on the beachfront in a wonderful location. The staff are fantastic - friendly and very welcoming. Food was expensive but great. The only real downside was that my ground floor room with a patio had a lovely view of the sea but no patio furniture at all so nowhere to sit and enjoy the view from the patio. Wifi was good, which was essential as I spent a lot of time working in my room. I will definitely return!
