My stay at Crossland was TERRIFIC!!! The manager (Ms. Marie) and all of her employees are very friendly and extremely helpful, no matter what time day or night. Upon arrival, one of the front desk employees (getting ready to leave for the day) stopped and took the time to not only help me load my many bags of luggage onto a cart, but also transport it upstairs to my room, and made sure that my room was to my liking. Talk about excellent service! My room was comfortable, warm and inviting, and the bathroom was very clean, as were both beds. The only amenity I didn't have in my room was a coffee maker, which wasn't a big deal anyway. I found a very clean and quiet guest laundry room on-site (for which you have to have a room key to enter), complete with several washers and dryers, as well as two cash-only vending machines, one for sodas ($2 each) and one for snacks ($1.25 to $1.50 each). There is ample and secure parking all around the hotel, and there is virtually no traffic with the exception of children who play along the corridors (keep in mind, this IS an extended stay hotel). Housekeeping only comes by once a week to do a thorough cleaning (more housekeeping can be arraigned for an extra fee), but you can take your linen down to the front desk yourself in exchange for fresh towels and sheets in-between cleanings, so that's a plus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an overnight or an extended stay in the Maple Shade/Mount Laurel area. 5 STARS!!!
The only flaws were these:
1. Door was warmed and had to be pulled hard to get it open and closed.
2. No shampoo supplied
3. Air conditioner filter was clogged and did not work as well as it should.
4. One morning I was leaving at about 10 and one of the people knocked and I answered-- I was asked-- everything ok? I said yes. When I returned that night-- the bed and towels had not been changed.

I needed to get some rest after being on the road all night. It was clean, and pretty close to the highway. Staff was very friendly. The bathroom fixtures were a bit outdated but everything was clean and working. Great stopover place.
