The house had a great layout and furnishing were good. My only complaint would be about the property management. We have a vacation rental ourselves and know what we expect in our own property. The towels were old and looked dirty, the house was clean enough but not great. I think it should smell like it was just cleaned and it did not. Hot tub wasn't working but we figured out that it just needed more water. After finding a hose we were able to fix problem ourselves. Toilet paper hanger in master is falling off wall. No TV in bunk room:( To end on a positive note, the putting green and fire pit were a wonderful addition and you really can't beat the location. One bedroom is only a foldout couch and a fairly small one (full size), comfortable enough for a kiddo or two but an adult couple would be a tight squeeze. The house is roomy, loaded with all the amenities a family could want for time on the Coast, and very walkable to the beach.
