Experience comfort and convenience at this serene Coastal golf course-front property, recently refreshed with a complete interior paint (July 2024), new stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Nestled on a private cul-de-sac, this home offers a spacious, beautifully landscaped lot, enhancing its peaceful setting.  
  
Flooded with natural light from 8 skylights and expansive window walls, the open living area features soaring ceilings that create an airy, inviting space. This 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is designed for flexibility, with each bedroom offering an ensuite feel. The main level includes a guest suite, while upstairs you'll find the primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a spa-like walk-in shower, a private sauna, private balcony. The third bedroom also includes a private bath and a quiet workspace or reading nook.
