Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Fairview is a beautiful home located on a very quiet street in South Manzanita. The beach is a quick half-block walk and Manzanita Links is a short walk in the opposite direction. You can also take a leisurely half-mile walk to downtown Manzanita where you can explore the quaint shops or eat delicious treats at any of the local restaurants. Entering Fairview on the ground level, you will find one of the three bedrooms with a spacious bed and a cozy wood stove. There is also a spacious full bathroom and laundry room. In the garage, you will find a Ping-Pong table, so make sure you bring your competitive family or friends with you to have a Ping-Pong battle. Walk up the stairs to the beautiful living area. Cozy up on the couch or love seat while you enjoy your morning coffee or watch the fire crackle in the fireplace. Morning coffee or family meals are best outside on the huge wrap-around deck where you can enjoy the ocean and mountain views. The full kitchen has views into the dining room which seats six. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the upper level. Come relax and have fun in this splendid home that is also dog-friendly! THINGS TO KNOW There is no AC available Two dogs max This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Even the next day it was too cloudy to get much daylight indoors and it was too cold to stay. We left a day early. I took off a star because there really is no access to the beach; you can see the water but there's a huge sand cliff to get down/around to actually get to the beach. Very disappointing. Well stocked, close to the beach path, golf course, and short walk/drive/bike to town. My only issue was that the washing machine was not working and we were not notified until 7:22pm the day we checked in (which was at 4pm. 3 hours AFTER arriving). When I asked about alternate facilities, there was no response from the local Vacasa rep. If we would have been notified ahead of time, we would have packed differently, but a week at the beach often generates a lot of laundry for a group of 7 (w/kids). I know this was out of the owner’s control, but letting your renters know ahead of time helps them pack appropriately to accommodate the inconvenience.
