Island Views 100m to Manyana Beach

Water views of Green Island are afforded from this original beach house located in a quite culdesac opposite Manyana Beach.

Open plan kitchen, dining and loungeroom up stairs with dishwasher, TV and DVD.

Undercover deck with outdoor seating and gas bbq .

Two bedrooms and bathroom (shower + toilet) located on upper floor along with additional sitting room.

There is a third bedroom accessed externally with another bathroom that also has a shower and toilet downstairs and a laundry.

Bed linen and towels provided for bookings.

Garage available to store bikes and boards.

Two local cafes and general store at Bendalong and Cunjurong Point.

Tennis courts (but must bring own rackets and balls) , soccer field, skate park and basket ball court in Manyana.

Plenty of beaches bays and lakes to enjoy fishing, surfing, skiing, kayaking, kite surfing etc.

Fireplace for heating.

No pets allowed.

No Wifi

Strictly no smoking inside.

Island Views for a good price

Great location, just a short stroll to the beach! Double bed in main bedroom uncomfortable but apart from that a very reasonable place to stay.
