"Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. The grounds are heavenly, with many little alcoves and niches to sit and soak up the nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained. "Staff were very friendly and accommodating! They gave me suggestions and directions for places to eat and visit around town. Communication with hotel before my stay was excellent! Room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Thank you for the extra pillows!! Breakfast was delicious and a great value for the price. Excellent location; only a couple of blocks to the train station made it easy to walk to, and just a 20 minute walk to the main area of Verona!! If I come back to Verona, I will absolutely stay here again!"
