In addition to the above, the hotel was undergoing renovation in the lobby area, the breakfast was very poor value for money. Overall, a poor visitor experience. "

"Was told the original room we booked (superior) wasn’t available so they upgraded us to another room, I don’t see how our room was an upgrade with a view, a view of the car park out of one window. Bathroom was very tired looking and dirty in places. My experience at the spa was a joke and one I wouldn’t want to be repeated. "
