This hotel was one of the nicer ones we've stayed at during volleyball tournaments. The breakfast was great. The only downside for us is we were on the first floor, which was great, but we were right next to one of the exit doors and it kept being open/shut all night.

Our room was handicap and it was RIGHT next to check-in so it was nonstop noise. We asked to be moved but they didn't have availability. The room also smelled terrible- a weird mix of vinegar and urine and body odor. The tv in the workout room didn't work, nor did the treadmill as the belt stuttered. The room and breakfast area were clean, those were the goid parts.

Reasonably priced. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Service has been excellent both times we’ve stayed. The breakfast is great and has a variety of choices. There is highway noise on the front side of the hotel-but it was not bothersome to me.

It was difficult to control the temperature in the room. The heating system was'nt very efficient, so we were cold the entire night.

Jacuzzi out of order.
My stay was ok, I booked specifically for the indoor jacuzzi and it wasn't heating so that ruined my stay. Staff was nice and the hotel was quiet.

There was mold and rust in the bathrooms and very stinky in my room.. the refrigerator was damaged with rust and dents as well. However presentation is everything to a customer CLEAN UP!

The hotel cleanliness was perfect . We loved the spacious room . Surprisingly the bathroom was also spacious. I think that the hotel was renovated recently . We will definitely stay in this hotel if we happen to be back to Dallas .

Our stay was a bit forced because we had accidentally booked th hotel in error. We asked for a refund and it was denied. We stayed at the hotel and we were disappointed because we paid over $200/night and one would expect to have a spotless room with clean floors and no cracks in the walls. We expected more for the rate we paid. The breakfast was good though.
