The location of the property was good, although if you have functions in town, it might be advisable to book a little closer to town as I don't think they have a taxi service in Mansfield. I should know, I tried to call one on my 40 minute walk home. Taxi's and regional towns are clearly not a good match. If they do have a taxi service, the girl at the place where we had our function didn't know it, and searching Mansfield taxi's was a waste of time! Back to the property which was quiet, very well appointed; ironing board, clock radio (not plugged in....you can either have the clock radio plugged in, or the bedside light, but not both as there are only 2 power points behind the cobweb riddled skirting board), broom, clothes rack, hair dryer, coffee and tea supplies, coffee machine, microwave oven, sink, plates, bowls, cutlery, large fridge, large cupboard to hang clothes (once you've removed all the extra pillows and bedding from the cupboard), plenty of extra bedding including pillows should the half dozen or so that are already on the bed, prove insufficient, reverse cycle air conditioner and separate electric heater should you get really cold. Check in was simple because it was logical. There is a office when you drive in, and you drop the keys off there when you leave. Simple and logical. The amount of places that get this wrong is unbelievable. I would definitely stay here again, but only after I have the number of the taxi service....should there actually be one!

Great service, clean and tidy room with full kitchen, heater and split system in the room. Great property, quiet spot. We didn't use the facilities but has a pool, BBQ area, fire pit, tennis court, laundry room/space to dry ski/boarding gear. Host is genuine, down to earth and easy going. We will definitely be back.

The property's owner is very easy to reach. Beautiful view and very great surroundings. When the fan is turned on, the bathroom door will not close. We will surely return there next year

Would definitely recommend All Seasons Mansfield.The place was beautiful and comfortable.There is a little play area for the children with a slide,trampoline,has a tennis court, basketball and swings.There is also a swimming pool which is really goid for the summers.It had all the basic requirements that we needed for our stay.Check in was very easy.

It was brilliant. Just out of town a bit so nice and quiet on a hectic Easter weekend. The owners were so friendly and nothing was a problem. Our view from our room overlooked the pool area and the back we could sit there and watch the horses. Ok the decor is a bit dated but the cleanliness was brilliant. I read other reviews about the place being filled with cobwebs etc. If you wanted to be really picky there were cobwebs outside HOWEVER you are in a bush location and not the Ritz in the city. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to others.

Accumulation of dust and cobwebs everywhere, even in the toilets. Some basic things missing like tissues and dishes cleaner. The unit is a reasonable size but not much light inside. The manager/owner wasn’t really interested is asking how our stay was. The surrounding is nice and green and there was a large smart tv so that was also nice.

The property was very different to what the photos represented. The location is in a back street to an industrial area. The buildings are quite old and in need of renovation. Our rooms were nowhere near as clean as they should have been - old food wrappers still on floor under table from previous occupant; very dusty lamps; bathroom fan not working. Overall a very disappointing stay - I suggest you be more honest with photos and description of the property and its location.
