Not satisfied with the stay
Not a good one to stay. The receptionist & the rooms are upstairs. You have to walk all the way to see him. Too small for comfort sleeping. Hard to see the sign board of the hotel outside.

I checked in at midnight after a late flight (I had previously emailed that I would be checking around that time and this was confirmed). When I got there I was told that there weren't any rooms available. I told them I had a reservation and they found something for me. Instead of a room with a queen bed I was given a tiny room with bunk beds. I wasn't expecting any fancy, but I don't like bait and switch stuff.

The staff were very supportive of my needs. My room had a small leak. With 6 days of heavy rain that can happen. Didn't bother me. Didn't impact on my stay. It IS a budget hotel. You DO get what you pay for. I loved my stay, leaky ceiling and all. Will return if I ever go back to Manila.

I will never stay here again!
This hotel is actually a back-packers’ hostel, I think! It is derelict really and in need of a major renovation in all areas. It was my mistake to follow the description online.

Good one night!
The hotel is located next to all the bars which makes the area really noisy! Place is small and no soap is given. Good for people on a budget who are planning a one night stay in manila before heading somewhere else!

Great for 1day stay
The stay was okay overall, it's stuck next to a bunch of other buildings, right on the main street....my room had a large bed and a set of bunk beds in it, so plenty of space, air con worked great, bathroom was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I only stayed 1day but it was good.

Nice location, tough experience
The location is not bad, right by the party street. Some shops and restaurants nearby. Dodgy area though. Sheets had holes on them, stained (or dirty) towels, no sheets to cover ourselves, but small thin blankets (very non hygienic). Staff is not happy to serve. They are not rude, but don't care at all. Decoration is good.

Location and staff especially exceptional, constantly cleaning (especially keeping floor dry in common shower area) dry to point of thinking 'enough already'. Makati area very busy with constant happenings 24/7 in area. Makati guest house great, However, what really sucked was the WiFi, which way too often was off and on 5 minutes at a time for hours even in wee hours, other 'sometimes' OK. So Highest kudos, except for wifi

A bad experience with my reservation
I had a problem with my reservation. I booked a dormitory room good for 6. However, upon checking in, beds were only good for 5. And the 6th one, will be on a folding bed. Room description of 3 bunk beds did not match with our actual room. Toiletries were not provided. And the attendants were not that accommodating. I was disappointed how we were treated. To all reviewers, next time specify all your needs if this will be included. I could recommend this because a budget price rooms.

An accessible place
I stayed there for about three days and the place is surrounded by bars and restaurants. It is also walking distance to malls and cafes. Over all the hotel was clean, the staff was really courteous and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the comfort room had a hot and cold shower.

Had a short stay for we don't have electricity at home. Cheap price, the room is clean and comfortable. There is a hot/cold shower, which is good. However the aircon is not working well and no toiletries provided (do we need to ask for it?).

Staff were courteous and helpful. Although I suggest they have a buzzer at the ground floor main entrance to help guests with their luggage (lobby is at 3rd floor).

OK For ONE NIGHT OR IF YOU ARE A REAL TIGHTWAD
This place was about what you would expect for a cheap budget place. The room was fairly clean, but the blanket was a joke (more like a beach towel) and the thin curtains let in a lot of light. A fair amount of traffic noise too. No elevator either-have to haul your bag up to the 3rd floor. Probably OK for just one night, but stay at a better place if you have any kind of decent budget.

2nd time there, will go again!
2nd time here, long time visitor to Manila & Makati. If I didn't like it, I wouldn't come back. This is essentially a place to stay when you need just a bit more than a basic room. The location is good if you'll be going between Makati and Fort Bonifacio for your trip. It's a simple room, but very clean, and with a good air conditioner. Hot water for the shower, but there is limited water pressure, especially in the morning. The staff is friendly, but they are not a concierge. They do offer a map of the town with suggestions for people unfamiliar with Makati. It is apparent that both foreigners and locals alike will stay there, however I feel it's mostly for backpackers. The streets of Makati are noisy and the rooms do little to block out the sounds from outside. If you're a party goer - Time in Manila, on Makati ave, is within walking distance. While this hotel is on Burgos, it's not exactly near the girly bars (although certainly close enough for you to walk to in under 5 minutes). Next time I'm in Manila for a few nights, I'm staying here.

Hard to locate & not really near to Ayala Center
To get here, we ( 3 adults & infant) took airport shuttle bus, LRT, taxi & tricycle to get ther in 5 hours. It's in red light district of less developed Makati. Only when I checked out that I found out it's clise to A.Venue Mall. If you like middle Eastern food, midget & women boxing you can find it along the street.

Great location, nice room, but budget means budget
The good: Good for a budget hotel. You have to walk to the 3rd floor but, it wasn't bad. The outside look rundown but the location is prime. Easy to get a cab or Jeepney. The room was very good and clean. Hot water shower (a rarity in budget hotels), nice queen bed plus a bunk bed was there. Spacious for a budget place. Quiet place too. The air conditioning was excellent. You felt safe in the room. All in all, you definitely got what you paid for, best location for the money. The bad: I couldn't get an early check in as requested. It is clearly stated that it's not guaranteed but I had to rent a room at another hotel until my room was ready at 14:00. No fridge in the room, but there is a shared one outside. Few outlets to charge things. The staff was ok, and they had a small map for tourists. But if you don't know your way around, they suggest only the higher end expensive locations.

value for money hotel
i was in makati for 2 nights and we stumbled upon this hotel in the internet. it was a risk to book this place since we weren't familiar with this hotel at all and reviews were too few to be convincing. nevertheless, we booked coz it was cheaper than the rest and it turned out to be a good choice. the only thing that took me aback is you have to climb the stairs up to the third floor. but even so, i would recommend this hotel.

Good point •close to center of shopping mall •affordable •stuffs are good Bad point •sometime I could'nt use the wifi. It wasn't stable •difficult to find this hotel In general, I think this hotel is good for bag packers cuz affordable and can use hot shower and locker. It suited for bag packer like me.

2018年2月滞在 良い点 ・立地抜群(飲食店や歓楽街が徒歩圏内) ・とにかく安い(700円ちょい/1泊) ・Wi-Fiも安定 ・静か ・セキュリティボックス完備(鍵は各自必要) ・エアコン完備 ・コンビニが近い ・他の滞在者と交流するスペースがあまり無いので素泊まり向け ・お湯出ました ・カーテンがあるのでプライベート空間は作れた ・スタッフの方々は非常に優しくてフランク ・清潔 悪い点 ・警備員は配置無しで、部屋の鍵が無い ・バスタオル貸し出し無し ・トイレットペーパーが補充されない ・3Fが受付/客室なので、キャリーバッグだと少し大変 以上、コスパは非常に高いので マカティに来る際はまたご利用させて頂きます。

従業員さんの、応対は良かったです。 ルームサービスが、全く無くて室内に冷蔵庫すらありません。 価格が安いので、素泊まりするには良いです。 バックパッカーには、最適だと思います。

位於鬧區，樓下就有超商，但旁邊是紅燈區單身的人要留意晚上比較亂，這次住的是六人一室的房間，房間有一點小，略嫌擁擠，若只是找個休息可以洗澡的地方這裡是個不錯的選擇，畢竟一個床位200元還能要求什麼呢？

시끄럽지만 다채로운 주변환경
일단 주변 소음이 매우 시끄럽다. 그러나 그것만 극복한다면 위치가 재미있다. 애비뉴에서 라이브 까페 공연이 있으며 맛집들이 매우 가깝다. 시끄러워서 잠을 설치면서도 2박으로 연장했다. 종업원들은 여자들은 친절하며 남자는 시크하다.
