Hotel location is good and accessable. Hotel Staffs are polite. We stayed there for 4D3N (Fri to Mon). Disappointment is housekeeping and breakfast. They don't do housekeeping on Sunday which i can understand but when they forgot to do our room on Saturday, we have to call them after we arrive back to hotel around 4pm to replenish some of the stuffs like shower gel, towel and water bottle. But nobody show up until 30 mins. So, we go down to reception to collect ourselves but they said they will send to room and make us wait again for another 15 mins more. I could not understand what takes them so long just to provide those stuffs. On the next day, we run out of shower gel again, so we call and wait for delivery which takes more than 30 minutes. We were so disappointed with this housekeeping service and waiting time which literally waste our time on the vacation. Next is breakfast which is served at the cafe inside the hotel with breakfast menu, not buffet style. It would be great to have all menu items available. However, even basic item like toast or chicken was out of stock which is a quite surprise and disappointment.

We've stayed 3 times before. We haven't been for 3 years it's gone down a lot since then. Not the same place staff uninterested and not as friendly now. The restaurant has moved to the ground floor it used to be on the 31st which was better. Now the restaurant is the worst. Every day we found at breakfast something wasn't available. Not good we won't be returning next time we go back to Makati city.

Long Weekend Getaway
First night was noisy with rude neighbors. Addressed it to the front desk the next morning and the hotel (particularly the Operations Manager) went out of their way to correct the matter, relocating us right away. We were impressed with their understanding and prompt response to make the matter right. Good location. Five minute walk to a great Saturday Market. Many food options within easy walking distance. Hourly shuttle to local malls during the day. Took taxis and Grab rides several times and there were no issues by showing the hotel business card with handy mini map on the back. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was sufficient (fixed menu options). Would stay again. Good value for the money, especially with the one or two bedroom unit, compared to hotel options for families. Full size fridge, microwave, and hot pot for coffee. Staff were super friendly and always offered a smile and friendly greeting. Very good stay overall.

I would have loved to stay here a few extra days
I highly recommend this place! Impeccable service, large spacious apartments and decent cleanliness make it a great value. This Fraser is a little older, but everything else makes up for it.

It is located well. Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants along Valero St. You can also walk from here to Landmark and Manila Peninsula via the Ayala Triangle. This property is not new and some of the fixings are dated but is very well maintained. Breakfast is included but sub-standard. The restaurant should improve their menu, food taste and presentation. The maximum number of people allowed in the room is four but breakfast is only good for three and so does the wifi access. Overall we had a good and relaxing stay in this property.

Staff was very helpful. The hotel room was more than just a room...it was a wonderful experience. They have jacuzzi tubs that was disconnected. What they dont realize is that could be only of their biggest selling points. Most hotels in Asia only offer showers and little offer small bath tubs. This place offersa big jacuzzi tub that does not work. Bad decision. Great hotel though.

Fraser Place, Makati - A pleasant surprise!
When I booked the Fraser Place in Makati, I chose it at random taking into consideration the type of room and accessibility to the main shopping areas of Makati. Everything was commendable and very satisfactory from the spacious room assigned to us and the ever accomodating and friendly staff who were always on hand to assist. The shuttle service to the shopping areas was a big plus and the WiFi worked! We've stayed in other Hotels in Makati before but after having stayed at The Fraser Place, it will now be our Hotel most favoured. Our family of 4 would definitely be coming back.

Pleasant Stay at Fraser Place.
Service was excellent from everyone who were extremely helpful especially Derrick. He is commendable, courteous and helpful. Place was in good location. Our rooms were huge and provided with all the amenities and conveniences. We couldn't ask for more. Security was very good. Breakfast was equally good with varied items everyday. Staff over there provided excellent service. I will be recommending Fraser Place to everyone and had talked to a lot of friends about it. I will consider staying again in this place when I go back to the Phils. Thank you for taking care of us.

Great two bedroom apartment
Great two bedroom apartment on a relatively quiet (this is Manila) centrally located Makati area street. The master bedroom was huge and had a fabulous bathroom. The rest of the apartment was good. Breakfast choices were probably typical of Manila. Very nice roof top pool area. Staff was helpful.

Feel at Home in Manila
The place is huge and comfortable; it had all that one needs to be at home and feel at home, just bring your spices. The free shuttle to the stores is a huge plus. Please save all your left overs for the feral cats in the back alleys as they come out at night(loved them all). Most of all, the most wonderful staff were there ready to serve everyone. If they forget it's only because the hotel is fully booked and why not! It is the best deal in town especially if you have your family/friends with you. Good energy followed me to Fraser Place as details of care was placed on every corner of the hotel. Take note of the architectural beauty in the balance of the furnishings in the room and lobby. I loved it! More power to the staff and to Fraser Place! I will be back.

We booked for 3 days and later added 2 more days as an extension - thus consecutive 5 days. We requested on Jan 24th by email that both bookings be combined so we don't have to unpack-pack-unpack again to change rooms. This was acknowledged. However, at the time of check-in we were still told that we will be staying in two different rooms. How can Fraser team not organise our stay in 3 weeks. We still had to move the next day. The suites were wildly different from each other - there is no way these can be priced similarly. How about consistency in pricing?

Good service and space but bathroom is old and
Staffs are very helpful and respectable to guest. They arrange the taxi and more. The location is on kind of small street and there is no store and restaurant near by. Rooms are big but furniture on master bed rooms are damaged and bathrooms are very old. The hotel outside look OK but inside needs upgrade 10 years ago.

Large Rooms
Have not been here for awhile. Front staff gave my coregistered friend problems when she arrived. secondary bathroom in poor condition. Overall, hotel is aging. That said, for the money, you have a large apartment. Good quality, comfortable, excellent master bath. The hotel is not what it used to be, but it is nice and I have not found one close to their room size for the price. Since I enjoy the space, I will definitely return.

Fraser Place Makati.
Restaurant is worse point. “Can have Tea, yes , but need to pay for Tea bag. Coffee however is included?” Go figure if good service or not. Muesli is in fact porridge but chief thinks otherwise etc etc . Rooms are tired and bathrooms need a face life. Overall for a Fraser place, worst 4star Residential apartment I have stayed in over the years and Citadine just around the corner beats it hands down on both Quality and price and service. Which is why Citadine unlike Fraser Place are often fully booked.
