CEO Suites: not as glamorous as the name
This hotel is also called C.E.O. Suites. It’s about a block away from Makati busy clubbing area. Note there’s NO restaurant or dining place within the hotel. Have to walk out to find food and 7-11, etc. Breakfast included will be sent to your room in the morning, simple one with egg, toast, sausage, coffee. Hotel lobby and front desk very small, staff is friendly and helpful. Room is ok size and furnished simple, wish there’re 2 more pillows on the bed, and another bed side table. All is all simple hotel, not too glamorous as the hotel name suggests unfortunately. Will not return again.

The staff is top notch. Once I got them to call me Mike, instead of “sir,” I felt more comfortable. They are people I would be proud to call my friends. At first, I was taken back by the motif of the hotel. But it’s very lovely and has an antique/rustic feel throughout. I will definitely be back. My only real complaint is that the mattresses are a little thin. Being a big guy, I would’ve liked something a little thicker, but overall it was a wonderful place. Awesome stay
This is an amazing space centrally located to a lot of great stuff in the heart of the city. The staff is excellent and the place is really clean. Everything worked and there are other facilities on the property if you need them. There is an awesome open market across the street and a 7-11 about a block away. The security guards were awesome help. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

They had nice staff, but the breakfast was jut continental and for similar price hotels, it was below standard. there was also no blanket on the bed, just a sheet.

Good value
The hotel is neat and clean. The location is ok, not up to the pricier hotels. It is a very good value hotel. The price is not high and the standard of the hotel is very good for the price level. I have stayed here twice, and will stay again in the future when I am just looking for a low price hotel for the night.

Good value hotel in Makati. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a bit dated, but the price reflects that. I will definitely stay again

Rustic Charm Yet Easy on the Budget
I stayed there with my daughter and my sister December 1. The staff are friendly and very engaging. The location is ideal for stay in Makati area. The room had a kitchenette, a tub, cable TV and wifi. The hotel itself has an old world charm reminiscent of musuems and old houses. There was plated breakfast for two and brewed coffee. But the bed was small for 2 adults and 1 kid.

Friendly staff, polite, and very professional.
We had issues with a/c unit (in-op) but the front desk staff quickly changed our room to a better and functioning a/c unit. The staff, including the security personnel did a job well done during our stay.

When I got in the hotel, the staff were all friendly. The counter told me that my room was assignment was underground on which there were no window at all - It was OK with me, thinking that I can only afford such room. The interior was nice though dated but really nice. My room when I came in - I felt like I was home - it really looks comfortable love the sheets, the room reminds me of our ancestral house in Batangas - I began to miss my grandparents. Now the reality kicks in as I inspect the room - the A/C was so old, the TV was so dated, the toilet was OK. the cabinets was old the it was creepy, speaking of creepy - since my location is underground and no window at all the lighting was so deem that I felt like some ghost will pop in any moment. During the early morning about 2 AM I felt like it was so hot that I was sweating - then I knew the A/C was not working properly and in a few minutes the A/C start dripping water. I don't bother anymore I was too tired to complain. Anyways that was the only thing that I can afford - felt like I am an "aliping saguiguilid"

Very dissappointed in this place. Place is in serious need of maintenance. AC and hot water did not work. Walls are paper thin. Room smelled musty. Area of town was not good. The price was reasonable but there is better for the money.

Overall a good hotel. My room was below ground (no window) but no great problem. Largish room so that made up for the lack of natural light

接待處職員彬彬有禮，保安風趣幽默。 我住203號房間，房間電源插座太少，建議在床頭多增加電源插座。 廁所所在房間太窄，浴缸非常邋遢。 房間WiFi非常不穩定，WiFi網速非常慢。 早餐是送上房間，但是沒有食物品種選擇。 酒店外觀在晚上非常黑暗，我的司機非常難才找到酒店位置。 酒店門外有熟食小販。 酒店大堂面積不大。 還有，我房間枕頭太厚太硬，毯子太薄。 不過洗澡水壓足夠。 但是房間毛巾有怪味。 房間空調一就是太冷一就是空氣不流通和熱。 房間沒有燒熱水器。 不過唯一一讚的是就算沒有菲律賓貨幣，入住還可以用港幣500作為押金。

悪くはない
　冷蔵庫ありの程よく使えるwifiあり（これは大事）　セーフティボックスもあったんですけど やり方がよくわからずで使いませんでしたが。　屋上にしょぼいプールもあります。　マカティの街中を体験できるのでありと言えばありですが。。　朝食は行った時間が８時半くらいでしたが人もいなくコーヒーだけ飲んでおいただけでしたのでよくわからないです。　朝食代をその分安くして欲しい感じですかね～

Don't trust the picutre for choosing the hotel
I choosed the cheap room as a hot deal however it was basement room and CRT TV, no carpet. Anyway all of facility and features don't comply with the picture at the online page at all.

Wifi needs update, very slow.. Small double bed, not comfortable at all, needs new bed.. Average clean room, hotel in need of restauration.toilet flush broke twice during my stay.. Service could have been better, was told a couple of times to observe that breakfast was from 7.30 am though I phoned down at 7.30, not nice at all to start the morning in, take care of your customers!! Poor breakfast all together, egg not well done, a small cup of not hot coffee.. Microwave was dirty... Will not stay there again...

Bien situé, Très moyen.
Important à savoir les chambres standard sont en sous-sol... Sinon personnels très sympathique. Piscine très petite. Et très proche de burgos St pour ceux que ça intéresse. Les autres il y a beaucoup mieux je suis sûr.

모든 스탠다드 룸은 지하에 있고 공기가 좋지않았다. 윗층으로 업그레이드 해달라니까 1박당 5만원을 추가지불하란다. 업그레이드 하고나서 방을 또 옮겼다 에어컨이 뜨거운 바람만 나와서 ㅠㅠ 숙박은 조용하고 좋았으나 다른것은 기억에 남을 정도는 없었다.
