The hotel was excellent, big rooms, clean, beautiful lobby, bit theres no area to drop off your luggages. Our car just park on the side street and we unload our luggages

One of the best thing about Filipinos are their hospitality, but the staff at City Garden are not. They act and tried to be professional about their job but lacking of hospitality. My first room had two problems, one, the air conditioner was not working properly and the television cable. We had to switch room. The second room the fridge was not working so they sent someone to fix it, which it did for a few hours. The next morning the fridge stop working so we have to throw away the food. The shower curtains was so short close to the above bathtub, so whenever you use it, theres a big chance of the floor getting wet. So we have to wipe it all the time and use the remaining face towel. But the most disappointing was that I never get any phone call from any staff to apologize for any inconvenience. Even when I checked out, all I heard was everything was paid and you’re good to go. No thank you for staying or apologize for the minor inconvenience. I will not stay here again.

My favorite hotel whenever I’m in Makati. Spacious rooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds and linens. The breakfast will satisfy a variety of cravings and the rooftop pool and bar is a great place to relax, catch some sun and watch the beautiful sunset. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and they never disappoint.

The restaurant on top was more like a bar than a restaurant, you can hear beeping from the traffic all day and night long with the windows closed from the 23rd floor. Room had multiple issues to include a TV remote you had to struggle with and the air conditioner was unpredictable

I thoroughly enjoyed everything as I have stayed before. The staff on the rooftop were superb as was the breakfast buffet staff. I also have to compliment the maid for doing an awesome job and for wanting to make sure that I had everything I needed each and every day. I'll be back.
