Third time staying at this hotel. Brilliant location for getting around the city and close to Central Station and Subway. Free hot drinks and pastries between 11-4 up in rooftop lounge but over ever managed to be there once as always out and about. Beautiful fish tank in lobby. Would recommend this ...
The hotel has an excellent location right next to Madison Square Gardens and Subway stations, but the rooms are very dated and even though we paid for an upgraded metro room it was very small and they wouldn't even contemplate moving us. The daily facilities fee is mandatory and basically equated ...
My wife surprised me for a birthday treat by booking into the Millenium broadway and it did not disappoint, beautiful room looking right down onto time square. Friendly helpful staff, i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit New York.
Rooms are particularly compact. Lack of drawers and clothes hanging facilities. Some staff lack good customer service skills ... very impersonal "New York" style. Constant movement of people in and out of lobby area. We were there for a family wedding and had booked 3 rooms. Only after talking to ...

The room had 2 double beds. Location is not bad, but most places need a bit of walking which we didn't mind at all. ...
The front desk wanted to upgrade for a hundred dollars a night and mentioned/presented the room was bigger and beds bigger and it was really just a better view. We felt that we were mislead.
We were back at the W after a 10 year gap. The last trip was fantastic and the hotel was a very cool hip surprise. There are not many hotels offering 2 double beds in a room, and this is one of them. 10 years later the hotel is showing its age. Tired and worn fixtures in the rooms; not much renovating ...
We enjoyed our recent stay at the Ace. It proved a convenient location for forays up and down Broadway from walking to the theater district to an easy subway ride to Morningside Heights. Rooms are clean and very comfortable, with industrial vibe. Always something going on in the lobby, and there ...
