The overnight staff was awesome and friendly. Mrs. Cynthia was incredible!! From the first day made us feel welcomed and always willing to assist. Day house keeping never cleaned our room but she was there that last night to provide clean towels and remove the trash from our room. So the tip I was leaving for the day staff was given to her! It meant a lot to us and it was so appreciated. Oh, the breakfast was also great!! Overall loved the stay.

This is the Second time ive stayed at 4 points. The small snack area up front was a life saver when i arrived. There were Mac n cheese cups, ramen, and chef boyardee. However its the first time ive opted to utilize the pool and hot tub area with my family. It will be the last. The Hot tub was green and the jets would not work. There was a visable black ring around the pool. I do not think the pool has been maintenanced in quiet some time. There is also alot of interior construction/repairs going on so every day at 0700 everyone was awoken by the sounds of hammers and saws and drills. The bar in the evening was being run by a maintenence worker that had no idea how to make any drink at all so all you could get was a bottled beer. The gym would ve been nice but all the dumbells from 5 up to 45 had been stolen amd only the HEAVY weights were available. The rooms were very clean and all the appliances worked which is why they got a 3 instead of a 2. Over all this place Needs improvement for the price.

I got in later to check in. The gentleman who checked me in was amazing and professional. But the stand out was the bed. The most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in.

The hotel clearly has heat issues. Our first room would not get above 63 degrees. When I called the front desk I was told all they could do is give us a different room, no offer for maintenance. Our second room only stayed at 67 degrees. Also our door deadbolt did not work in the second room. This hotel must use central heat rather than individual heat/air units and something wasn't working right. When I checked out it was clear that other rooms had heat issues and it happened previous nights.

We went to Manhattan to watch a football game and stayed here. Nice hotel with pool and hot tub for kids. Rooms were clean and easy to get out in the morning to drive home. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Pillow cases were obviously unwashed with huge blood spot inside folded/tucked inside portion of pillowcase on the also bloodied pillow. Cannot imagine how this happened but it was super gross, disappointing, and very disgusting that is was placed on bed let alone left inside room. Very glad we didn’t see or use pillow as it was not noticed until we placed it from couch where we laid the extra bed pillows back onto bed but that certainly made us very uncertain about overall cleanliness of everything in room and property. Asked at checkout if they would notify or check with housekeepers, hotel said they were sorry but that was all they said.

I liked how general area was open. Rooms were fairly clean. Door to bathrooms sounded like a fog horn when you open or close it. Staff was quick to response to repairs. right by bowling ally so fun. rooms were decent size. tv worked. Didn't here other guest through walls so plus their.

First, the good: the staff was FANTASTIC. So courteous and friendly. The epitome of Midwest nice. The price was reasonable and the property is pet friendly. Parking is plentiful, even for a moving truck. Next, the bad: outlets are limited in the rooms and the alarm clock USB ports didn’t charge our phones. The water in the evening was only lukewarm but was normal shower temp by morning. There are only 2 luggage carts available, so I ended up waiting 20 minutes for one. Not a great stay, but decent enough. The people make up for some of its drawbacks.

Room was very clean, don’t think housekeeping had quite finished the room before we arrived as pillows were not on bed and a couple plastic bags laying on table. Location of facility not the best and we were warned that there had been issues in the area in the past.

This property was totally overpriced. $398 a night, ridiculous. Must have hiked rates because it was graduation at the university! It certainly did not make the motel any better. They also charged outrageous prices for the breakfast buffet which was not much better than any other breakfast buffet. Very dissatisfied.

Our Graduation Experience
The trash cans in the room were UNLINED...my very first scare .....then the chair at the desk in the room looked like something that was repurposed from the dump. The WiFi was spotty ...at best....the swimming pool was unavailable for use. Why would I pay full price for a facility where I can not use all the amenities?
