No heat or fan. I got the suite and it was just awful... a painting that looked like an 8 year old painted it. I think this is more of a love hotel because people kept coming in and out to the door next to ours. Stains on the table and crumbs under sofa cushions. Broken hot tub and broken faucet handle. Walls look faded and dirty. The only good thing was the big tv and the city view... but not worth it. I feel this was a bait and switch. I stayed for two nights. I am never staying here again! The bed and bedding was comfortable. The room was quiet. The temperature and humidity of the room was good (No weird smells, if you know you know!). There were plenty of outlets for charging. The staff could change over to English flawlessly. Staff held our carry-ons after checking out so we didn’t have to tote around our luggage. Area was right in the midst of Nightlife in Seoul. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The only issue we had was finding the entrance after hours even with their signage on the main entrance. Just walk ALL the way around and you will find an entrance to some elevators at the basement level. Entrance is safe, there is no way to get into the room areas without going through the staffed lobby, then you need a keycard to use a different set of elevators that are used to access rooms. Also, keycard is put into a slot at the entrance of your room to turn on the power to lights, etc. Hotel and the area was beyond expectations!
