Tucked within the exclusive Bream Tail Farm estate, you’ll feel completely secluded—yet you're just minutes from Mangawhai Village, beaches, eateries, and everyday conveniences. Beach lovers will appreciate the easy, direct access to pristine sandy shores, perfect for swimming, surfing, or relaxing walks along the coast.  
  
Designed for year-round comfort, Hilltop Vista features a fireplace and heat pump. Each bedroom enjoys stunning rural and coastal views and is served by a fully accessible bathroom—one with integrated laundry facilities. There is also an additional day bed in the living area—ideal for a child.  
  
Step onto the expansive deck to soak in the spa pool, fire up the Weber BBQ, and dine al fresco while taking in panoramic coastal scenery. After a day at the beach, relax in comfort as you enjoy modern amenities including high-end appliances, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and ample private parking.  
  
Take in the Mangawhai Cliff Walk—one of New Zealand’s most scenic coastal trails—with a walking distance entrance nearby, or explore nearby attractions including boutique shops, Saturday markets, watersports, and a world-class 18-hole golf course.
