"Lovely hotel with a good location next to train station and 2 malls with plenty of food options. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious with a wonderful view. Would stay again. Only downside is that it is mostly away from the main attractions but perfect for shopping."

It was in a great location, with the Takanawa Gateway Train Station literally just across the street, and Shinagawa Station just one stop away. Perfect for access to the Haneda Express Train. Would definitely stay there again. "
