Fully furnished and equipped, available for the summer season. Wi-Fi is available but sometimes the connection might be slower. The Brescian shore of Lake Garda is enchanting and surprising for its variety of landscapes, for the different artistic testimonies and for the exciting activities it offers. It is entirely passable from its southern end, Sirmione, to its northernmost point, Limone del Garda. To do this, you can use the Gardesana Occidentale, a road that runs along the lake and that, as you approach further north, offers breathtaking views overhanging the lake. The southern area of the shore is characterised by low, pebbly and sandy shores, on which the main beaches and the most touristy towns (Sirmione, Desenzano, Manerba del Garda, San Felice del Benaco) are located. The northern area is characterised by steep coastlines and small towns that have preserved the typical characteristics of lakeside villages (Salò, Gardone Riviera, Toscolano Maderno, Gargnano, Limone del Garda). Amusement park lovers can easily reach Gardaland or Caneva You can relax at the thermal baths of Sirmione or Colà Take walks along the numerous nature trails or try your hand at lake sports And for all-round shopping... there's only one choice! Das heißt, man hat unter und neben sich Nachbarn, privat. Die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich, man hat sie zwar gehört, aber alles war sehr verträglich. Um den Müll kümmert man sich selbst. Wie genau das in Italien gemacht wird, steht in einem Willkommensheft des Vermieters. Auch das war kein Problem. Die Klimaanlage haben wir selten genutzt, da sie als Stromfresser nicht so in unser Weltbild passt. Stattdessen haben wir die Fensterläden geschlossen, um die heißen Temperaturen etwas draußen zu halten. Im Wohnraum hätten wir uns gern eine weitere, kleine Lampe gewünscht. Wir haben es uns dann mit einer Nachttischlampe aus dem Schlafzimmer etwas gemütlicher gemacht. In der Küche war alles da, was man braucht. Die Kinder fanden die Erledigung des Abwaschs per Hand nicht so prickelnd, aber so haben sie wenigstens auch mal wieder was fürs Leben gelernt. Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Haustür. Der nächste Strand, auch für Hunde, ist mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Manerba hat eine hübsche Altstadt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! ##### Romy K. Keine Extra-Gebühr für den Hund. Toller und großer Balkon. Gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Cons: In unserer Bestätigung war angegeben, dass Handtücher, Bettzeug + Strom im Preis enthalten sind. Dann wurde uns von der Agentur nach Rücksprache mit Holidu mitgeteilt, dass diese Kosten doch nicht enthalten sind. Das war ärgerlich. Chaos bzgl. der Kaution: Angeblich sollte man einige Tage vorher einen Zahlungs-Link erhalten. Dieser kam trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage nicht. Dann wurde gesagt, dass die Kaution vor Ort bar gezahlt werden kann. Auf der Autofahrt kam der Anruf mit der Info, dass wir nur in die Wohnung dürfen, wenn die Kaution vorab überwiesen wird ! Überweisung klappt nicht. Es war ein riesiger Stress (nach einigen Staus etc. lagen die Nerven eh´ schon blank...). Plötzlich sagte man uns, dass wir die Kaution dann doch bar vor Ort zahlen dürfen. Außerdem Baulärm im Haus (Presslufthammer etc). Das war auch nervig. Es ist sauber, das Bett im Schlafzimmer bequem und verfügt über eine gut eingerichtete Küche. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.
