Was only allowed 3 towels for 5 people. No housekeeping the full week we were there. Called desk to get towels and was given towels but asked worker in laundry room and was given the run around.

Eric at the front desk was very nice and helpful upon check-in. The property was clean, quiet, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was hot and fresh. Will definitely stay again next time in McPherson, KS.

The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom was spotless as well. The staff was very polite at check-in, and the hotel was quiet with no issues during my stay. I also really appreciated that they allowed me to check in as a student, even though I didn't meet the usual age requirement!

Everything was great and the only downside was that our room was not ready at 5:00pm for a 4:00 check in. We went and got dinner and drove around downtown to see some of the sights. They stored our luggage for us so we didn’t have to cart it all back to the car. So overall a good experience.
