The hotel is in need of a boost of energy. It lacked the core emphasis on hospitality. Overall, it is situated in a beautiful area. Everything about our stay was exceptional! Highly recommend. John V. was super knowledgeable about the area and recommended two excellent restaurants, mystico and Lola. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Don't miss Hildene!
