We enjoyed our stay at the Townhome Suites. Our suite had everything we needed for our three nights stay and was conveniently close to shopping. We were able to cook our meals in the suite with a fully stocked kitchen. The daily breakfast was a bonus. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and spacious rooms! The staff was great and super welcoming . They also provide a shuttle too move you around! Definite 10 out of 10 for me:) I will definitely be coming back.

The full “pullout” doesn’t have a mattress. It’s not a feasible option for an adult to sleep on. Very misleading and painful to sleep on. The cabinets were broken. The toilet overflowed twice in a two night stay. The shower curtain is too big so you stand on curtain when you shower. The pool was dirty, no filter running, and had hair floating on the surface. They charge for parking and a $210 hold plus a $40 hold was placed on my account even though I paid in full with Expedia. I’m told those charges won’t come out, but I don’t trust it. Very nice people working here, but very uncomfortable stay.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Towneplcae Manchester. The only charge you will see on your card is 10 for parking. The remaining holds will be released from your bank within 48-72 hours typically. I apologize that the pullout sofa beds that we have did not work for your needs. These are new to Marriott and you are not the first one to say this about them. We continue to share the feedback with Marriott. We do our best to accommodate the guests and families that come to our hotel and I apologize that you did not have a good night sleep on the sofa bed.

Worth it
Wehad never stayed at a Town Place Suites we were pleasantly surprised at the room style. Loved the separate sleeping quarters The hotel was very clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was nothing fancy but adequate. Our only issue was the indoor pool was not heated. We would stay again.

Overnight stay for an early flight.
The hotel was in very good shape. The decor looked fairly new and was nicely done. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. The shuttle service to the airport picked me up promptly at 4:15 AM as they said and the driver was very nice.

The property is conveniently located off the highway. The 2 bedroom suite was great! Comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was sausage Pattie’s, sliced potatoes and fried eggs plus carbs. Only complaint was the shower had hair on the wall and 2 of the bath towels we dirty (one had a black smear on it and the other had a curly, what seemed to be, public hair). Tossed those aside and everything was fine. Will stay again.

Enjoyed our stay
We were very pleased with our stay here. We used Manchester as our home base while we explored the surrounding area on our fall vacation. Would stay here again (if for 5 days or longer as a $100 pet fee regardless of length of stay is ridiculous for one or two nights)

The service was friendly but we needed to call for towels and room cleaning no cleaning was done for three days and the bathroom door would not close trash was stored in the stair case giving of a terrible odor throughout the hotel the breakfast staff were fantastic food was hot and very appetizing and the breakfast area was kept spotless

Pros: 2-bedroom suite had a nice layout and felt roomy. Closets were a bonus with upgraded pull-out bins and mirrors inside. A door separating the toilet/shower from the sink area made the bathroom more useful for multiple family members. Cons: This is an older hotel (typical to the area) and shows its age. Doors (both accessing the room and interior bedrooms) were difficult to close and very loud when opening and closing as a result. Shower water pressure was lacking.

My stay was pleasant enough. The room itself although clean and fresh had some renovation issues. Doors were super hard to close and mattress seemed to be on a slope. Otherwise for an overnight, it’s acceptable. Longer maybe different.
