"Overall good... with a few small issues"
The room I got is modern, new and comfortable, with the hotel being in a great location next to the conference centre and near the city centre shops and restaurants. There were a few issues with the room, however, namely a broken bulb over the desk, shower head holder coming loose, and a cupboard door that can only be opened partially. Notified the front desk regarding these and only the bulb was replaced. The other 2 issues did not really cause major inconveniences but it was mildly annoying not being able to fully open the safe within the cupboard due to the faulty cupboard door. All in all, a pleasant hotel but definite room for improvement.

"Modern hotel by the river"
Check in staff very friendly, courteous and efficient. Hotel immaculately clean and in an area where there are plenty of eating places within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent and the service very good. For a hotel in the centre of Manchester this would be hard to beat.

"Nice hotel close to the cite center"
Nice clean hotel friendly staff. Everything was good and I would reccomend a stay here except our room was directly above the traffic lights outside so there was a bit of engine idle noise during the night. So if your a lighter sleeper ask for a room away from the traffic lights.

"Weekend stay in Manchester"
We stayed at this hotel for a night over the bank holiday weekend. The hotel was easy to find and centrally located for Manchesters amenities. This is an older building which has been renovated to a high standard. The public spaces are stylish and welcoming whilst the room we stayed in was large and comfortable. The beds are particularly comfortable with all the usual amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this class. There were 2 weddings taking place the weekend we stayed, however this did not have any real impact on us which is good.

"Lovely Weekend Break"
The hotels location was perfect for visiting Manchester and Salford Quays. Close to the motorway, yet a haven of tranquility. The leisure facilities supported the feeling of relaxation with a lovely pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The restaurant catered well for my dietary needs - gluten free. All in all a very enjoyable stay, great staff and facilities. I would definitely stay again.
