The Space:
This spacious terraced property is spread over 2 floors offering plenty of living space for up to 11 guests.

There are 4 large bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms compromising a shower, toilet & washbasin in each.
The main bathroom comes with a bath/shower, toilet & washbasin.

The living/dining room containing a smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon, 3 seater sofa bed, additional 3 seater sofa, and dining area which is separate from the fully fitted kitchen where you will find a double fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and various kitchen essentials including a coffee machine and all the usual utensils. This leads out to the rear garden and covered patio area complete with outdoor dining facilities for alfresco dining.

All essentials such as towels, bedding & hotel-quality bedlinen, kitchen utensils are included.

Two of the four bedrooms also have a dedicated workspace including a desk & chair in each.

The property hints at various original period features, such as fireplaces and other decorative touches from this era.

Eccles is a quiet neighbourhood in Manchester, offering excellent transport links directly into the City Centre, being within a 15 min drive.

Historically, Eccles grew around the 13th-century Parish Church of St. Mary where a textile industry was established during the Industrial Revolution, the area is also famous for the Eccles cake.

Today the neighbourhood is leafy and green, providing an ideal base within a peaceful and tranquil environment offering an escape from the hustle & bustle of Manchester City, whilst being close to all local amenities popular for tourists, contractors, corporates, and residents alike.

Monton is an upmarket area within 5 mins drive, popular with visitors due to the trendy bars, restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife that can be found here, with plenty of walks along the canals and converted disused railway lines.

Getting Around:
Manchester City Centre is within a 15 minute drive.

The tram is within a 15 minute walk and takes you directly into Manchester (Piccadilly) via Media City and Salford Quays.

Eccles train station is within a 20 minute walk walk and goes straight into Manchester Centre, and also directly to the Airport.

There is also Eccles bus station for travel all across Greater Manchester, and the property is nearby the M602, M60 and M62 motorways.

Aldi supermarket is just down the road, as well as some great local takeaways, shops, pubs & restaurants! Also nearby is a huge Morrisons supermarket plus all of the shops on Eccles High Street.

The PureGym is also a short walk from the property for those looking to get a workout in during your stay!

Old Trafford Football stadium, The Trafford Centre shopping complex, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust, City Airport (Barton) and various other attractions are located nearby.
