We had to get residents and security to get us in building and then the floor. Due to the swipe key fob missing after the previous guests had checked out. We raised this with the host but it wasnt resolved hence security guard having to allow us accessAnd poor communication for check in and accessing the building as the link for checking in didnt work eventually we managed to get an email with the necessary details Also the apartment was not cleaned before we arrived as there was an empty drinks bottle next to the window in the lounge and also food crumbs on the floor ##### Michelle H.
