Nice cozy hotel and staff really friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was not the best i.e lift lobbies, stairs and lift doors were really dirty. However the cleanliness of the room was ok. Breakfast was a nice set up. Food was average but the main disappointment was how uncomfortable the mattresses were. All 3 of us woke up with sore backs and hips.

Awful hotel! Do not stay here. It is not easily accessible in anyway especially for heavy luggage wheelchair access. Not good for business travellers. Incredibly noisy. Walls are thin, you can hear people talking, shouting, clock alarms going off, other’s showering etc. Food is terrible and tastes cheap. Mould on shower curtain. Why did I not get a clean sitter curtain to begin with? Was the room cleaned before my arrival?? Even with a strain on the bed sheet the cleaner didn’t change my sheets. Horrible wet room shower. Water doesn’t drain properly. Entire bathroom flooded. Avoid this hotel if you can! You’ll regret you stayed there like I did for a week. I was supposed to stay another week but have cancelled as I couldn’t beat another week in such a terrible environment.

Property looks a little rough on the outside. And is a little bit confusing when you walk into the first reception as there are a number of businesses that use the building. However, can’t fault it once you’re in the hotel part. It’s all you can ask for of a hotel. Clean, quite, all the facilities you need. Only issue was we didn’t have an iron in our room but I’m sure this is something you could request at reception. Overall good experience :)
