Parking is expensive, nearby cheaper car park, hotel staff informed us. Good overall, hotel staff exceptional. Nice view

Useful for Piccadilly station

I stayed there for one night. It was friendly and spacious. Very well-priced, and my room was large with a great view of the city. Large double bed - v comfortable.

Very bad customer service

They gave us the hotel 20 min later than expected very cold room called reception and they said we don't have maintenance so no heating Slept in freezing cold room with my little baby girl Very dirty carpet Cold bathroom

Close to the main station, but needs a refurb

Pros: Bathroom and staff
Cons: Needs a total refurb. The stairs are truly awful. Reminiscent of a multi storey carpark.....
Location: Across the street from Piccadilly station, only a 15 min walk into the centre and I enjoyed the markets.
Staff were lovely and changed rooms for me so that i had a nicer bathroom than the UA room i was originally allocated. Bathroom very nice, but guest rooms and public areas need an update. NO desk lamp and poor lighting meant that I had to put the TV on to be able to work in the evening! Plus no sheer curtains meant I had to either keep the curtains closed or allow the tower blocks opposite to see in to the room. No guest plugs by the bed so couldn't keep my phone on charge/ use the alarm on my phone by my bed overnight. On the plus side, the rooms are very spacious.

Nice hotel but room were unbearably hot to sleep

Nice hotel and good location with secure parking. Unfortunately though room was unbearably hot which made it very difficult to sleep and could not wait to check out to get outside for some fresh air. Aircon in room was not working and windows do not open which was a shame as it spoilt our stay and found out after speaking to other guests in the lifts they had the same problem as us with their rooms being too hot.

Great stay

Pros: Location good for the O2 Apollo and the train station. standards are excellent. great bar and vibe.
Cons: breakfast inclusive rates seem to be few and far between.. we only had room only this time but we love the breakfast but at £19 per person we declined
Location: 5-10 minutes walk to the shopping centre. £3 taxi ride to the O2 Apollo although we walked back and it only took just under 10 minutes.
we booked an overnight stay as we were visiting the O2 Apollo for a gig and it was very conveniently located. Room was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Room was a good size (Deluxe King) and the price we paid was very good but we did book it a long time ago as we had the gig tickets. Perfect spot for Piccadilly train station. Have stayed here a few times before so was fairly confident we'd enjoy it and we did.

Lovely hotel close to station and city centre

On arrival we were greeted by very friendly and polite staff! Room was a great size with a lovely bathroom - perfect for a touch of luxury for an overnight stay! Had a full English breakfast which was yummy but no sausages left..no worries though as we made up for it with extras hash browns haha! Perfect location for Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Arena and was only a 10-15 minute in to the city centre! I would definitely stay again!!!

Schnell mal auf ein Konzert oder Weihnachtsmarkt in England? Das Hotel liegt ideal am rückwärtigen Taxi/Ausgang von Picadily Bahnhof. 20min Zugfahrt von Flughafen

Cons: Bar food service was not good. We received the wrong food and were charged for things we didn't have
Nice, large room. Very quiet. Big bathroom. Quick check in and out.

nice hotel for a decent price

Location: gay area is soo close, everything is close. metro and train station.
was in the city for a soccer game. hotel was right next to the train station. very clean and staff very helpful. had a great time staying here, walkjng distance to the gay area :)
