Staff were lovely and changed rooms for me so that i had a nicer bathroom than the UA room i was originally allocated. Bathroom very nice, but guest rooms and public areas need an update. NO desk lamp and poor lighting meant that I had to put the TV on to be able to work in the evening! Plus no sheer curtains meant I had to either keep the curtains closed or allow the tower blocks opposite to see in to the room. No guest plugs by the bed so couldn't keep my phone on charge/ use the alarm on my phone by my bed overnight. On the plus side, the rooms are very spacious.
