"Couldn’t get into room with key card. After 3 tries, help from another couple and 2 different employees we were told my husband’s key card was in his pocket by his cell phone and it disengaged the card so it wouldn’t work! We didn’t know this could happen and it would have been nice if we had been told to be careful about this. No no one in our family has ever heard of this and they travel all the time!!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and filling. The inside pool was okay. A little chilly for the kids but that did not stop them. Need more seating and maybe some floatation toys for kids. Housekeeping was wonderful. Stocked what we needed and left us be when we wanted. There a choices of restaurants you can easily walk to and a gas station for last minute snacks. Pretty quiet too. "
