Great rooms, great food, and very friendly and attentive staff. The only small complaint was one lift being out of order, which meant lots of people waiting around. However, this should not put you off staying here. I was extremely impressed for the price.
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I'd highly recommend this hotel if you're on a shopping or business trip to central Manchester. Luxurious, characterful and stylish.
Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.rooms were clean and comfortable. rooms were noise free and I had a good nights sleep
I've been visiting the Cresta Court for several years now for an annual get-together with (mostly) fellow Manchester United fans. The hotel is very accommodating towards us, and the bar is a great place to meet up each day/night - no loud music so you can actually hold several separate conversations ...
Stayed here in order to fully enjoy the Take That concert at the Arena. Good choice- nice and near - a bit expensive though for one night. Room was fine - Hotel was big and airy. Breakfast was extra - good, though.
Ideally situated near the railway station and easy walking distance to lots of venues. Bed was very comfortable but the room was small and decor was tired and in need of refurbishment Breakfast wax good. Overall a good stay but expensive given the roomph environment
Friendly staff welcomed us to a beautifully clean hotel - hotel perfect lovely smell - excellent facilities - one of the best I've actually stayed in - reasonable price - I stayed there a few days before the horrendous Manchester bombing - I hope everybody is safe and have to say what a wonderful ...
Perfectly decent hotel near airport however lots of road noise and hot rooms no aircon
If you're concerned about your carbon footprint, then looking for a green hotel is probably top of your agenda when it comes to booking a break in Manchester. Eco-conscious travellers will find the city has plenty of green hotels to choose from, whether you prefer to stay in an independent or chain hotel in the city centre, or a hotel surrounded by rolling countryside.
If you're looking for an eco-friendly hotel, you'll find plenty to choose from both in the city centre and close to Manchester Airport. Chain hotels such as Best Western and Jury's Inn have a commitment to protecting the environment and reducing energy consumption - in fact Jury's Inn have reduced their water usage by 13% and their energy usage by 9% since 2009, investing £300,000 in sustainable technology over the last seven years. Many chain hotels have their own restaurant where you can enjoy a meal in relaxed surroundings, and Best Western hotels pride themselves on sourcing food locally and using organic produce wherever possible.
You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to outdoor activities in Manchester, and with many activities within easy walking distance of chain hotels, there's no need to take the car along. Go Ape! Is a popular choice for families, where you can enjoy zooming down zip wires and crossing rope bridges on an aerial assault course high above the forest floor. The UK's longest indoor ski slope is located in Manchester at Chill FactorE, where you can also enjoy snowboarding, indoor climbing and Airboarding (like bodyboarding, but on snow). You'll find parks and green spaces a-plenty in the city centre and surrounding area too, so if you book a room at a pet-friendly hotel, you'll be able to take the dog along to enjoy the sunshine.
'Green' hotels in Manchester may have a commitment to the environment, but that doesn't mean you won't enjoy all the amenities you're used to at any hotel. Free self-parking and free WiFi are on offer at most chain hotels, whist infant beds and cribs are generally available free of charge, on request.
