I needed a taxi to take me to a 3 am bus. Staff gave me a list of three options and told me the one that was most reliable. I was able to book the ride quickly and easily.

I loved my experience at this hotel, the staff was super nice and helpful, my room was comfortable and cleaned, the breakfast pretty good and it was near to the downtown of the city, i totally recommend this hotel.

Hotel is tired and it needs to be refreshed. Room heating system not working properly. Temp was 76 and I couldn't lower the stat. Clock kept buzzing on and off as if there was a short. We had to unplug the clock.

The stay was as expected. One of the desk attendants was not very friendly and there were a lot of stains on the rugs, time for some new rugs. It felt clean, breakfast was good, and the bed was comfy. It was all i needed for the night!

I have always found this place cozy. It is my venue of choice whenever I stay in Concord. What it may lack in high-end fanciness, it more than makes up for on a cozy lobby upstairs. I find great comfort there. The chairs and table upstairs are quite quaint. Rooms are comfy. Beds are not the most comfortable, but not horrible. The free breakfast is good…eggs, meat, cereal, yogurt, waffle maker, juices, coffee, etc.

Staff and room exceeded expectations! I was looking for convenient, reasonably priced room for the night - It was lovely! I traveled to NH to on board a new hire who would be working remotely and we ended up being locked out of the office space we met at... Although I'd already checked out of my room, The Comfort Inn allowed me to return and work in a private meeting room with my employee. The staff was kind, understanding, and flexible. Really appreciate their hospitality <3

Easy to find hotel, nice pool and hot tub. The room and bed were clean but the shower had mold lining the perimeter that had definitely been there for some time. Good breakfast! Friendly and helpful staff, only qualm was the bathroom.

I found a COCKROACH CRAWL ACROSS MY BED AND BROUGHT ATTENTION TO PERSON IN CHARGE AND NOTHING WAS DONE BESIDES A ROOM SWAP only to walk in the Bathroom with whatever in the sink.

Its old and needs.some refreshing. The breakfast is low end. Ceral and yogurt, precooked eggs. Very minimal. The rooms are old But the Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. On a budget it couldve been worse, but for 200 a night definitely could have been better. Lots of other mid range hotels in the area.
