\-Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM – please respect neighbors.  
  
\-Only guests included in the booking are allowed to stay overnight.  
  
\-Keep all windows and doors closed when not at home.  
Turn off lights, AC/heating, and appliances when not in use.

\-Please treat the home with care and respect.  
  
\-Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.  
  
\-Dispose of rubbish in the correct bins provided.  
Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition upon checkout.
