"Slick hotel in Central Manchester"
Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Surprisingly quiet room despite that and the number of people staying. Very comfortable bed and great size room (deluxe). Would have liked biscuits and better mugs with our tea facilities (small with poor handles). Fab bathroom and lotions. Delicous local places for breakfast at a quarter of the price. Would stay there again if visiting Manchester.

Stayed in Manchester to take an exam. The hotel was nice and quiet, and the bar/bistro staff were happy to leave me alone to get on with my revision! The staff were both professional and friendly. Gorgeous old building.

"central but quiet"
Small room but clean and pleasant. Close to station (easy also for airport trains). Close to plenty of eating locations. Definitely recommend staying here, but don't expect a big room, once we got our two bags in it was tough to even close the door. Nice staff. Good Price

"Good quality hotel at the airport"
Greeted by a very pleasant driver and. Taken the short drive to the hotel where we were checked in by a very informative and smiling receptionist. Room spotless with all required necessities, comfy bed and good powerful shower. Breakfast very good with lots of choice and the cooked breakfast fresh and hot even though it was buffet style. Good fresh coffee also. Check out and our return trip to the station were equally pleasant as our arrival.

"Nice but confused"
It's a nice boutique place and most staff are pleasant and friendly and helpful. I was on business and sometimes worked in the hotel . The room wasn't cleaned one day although there was a cleaning staff who came in and popped down towels. I asked if she's cleaning she said no and left in a hurry. No one came back to clean. I left and came back and called reception. A very polite lady apologised and explained it will have to be tomorrow. The next morning I told the lady manager on duty and she said they don't clean rooms as a matter of policy if guests are in there "to protect the staff" then added "and the customer". In all my travels no hotel has this policy. I explained I don't mind if customers were informed of this. However on other days the room was cleaned when I worked in there and no one told me that I had to get out before it was cleaned. This hotel needs to get its communication right.

Pocket Guide: Business Hotels in Manchester

Manchester is a popular destination for business travellers, who may be attending conferences at Manchester Conference Centre or King's House Conference Centre or trade shows at Manchester Central Convention Complex in the city centre. If you're here for meetings or to close that deal, then you'll find a range of top quality business hotels in the city centre and nearby Ashton-under-Lyne, as well as airport hotels and independent hotels to choose from.

Work and Play at Manchester's Business Hotels

They say all work and no play is a bad thing - that won't be an issue at Manchester's business hotels! Although most offer amenities such as 24-hour business centres, meeting rooms and conference spaces for guest use, you'll also find larger chain hotels provide spa and sauna facilities, with a range of treatments to help you relax and unwind. City centre hotels are within easy walking distance of attractions, bars and restaurants, so whether you're entertaining business guests or letting your hair down after a day of meetings, you're in the ideal location.

Stay near Manchester's Restaurants and Bars

Those attending events such as the BCS Annual Conference or the Manchester Furniture Show at the Central Convention Complex will find that most hotels in the city offer free parking - great if you're bringing the car. There's plenty to see and do here too, whether you fancy spending an afternoon off exploring the city's museums and galleries or prefer to head for one of the many cafes or restaurants serving world cuisine. There are some great Japanese restaurants in Manchester, and taking business clients to a Teppanyaki restaurant is sure to be a conversation starter, as you'll see the chefs at work. There are plenty of upmarket cocktail and wine bars too, but few offer such spectacular views as Cloud 23, on the 23rd floor of the Deansgate Hilton.

    Excellent Amenities for Business Guests

Business hotels in Manchester are packed with amenities to make your life easier if you're travelling on business. Free WiFi and desks in guest rooms makes it easy to catch up on work, while 24-hour room service and spa facilities ensure you'll be able to unwind after a busy day.
